Food Combining Chart

I have supplied two food combining charts, the one below tells you how long you should wait after eating certain food types before eating again. It’s not shown but you should never drink with meals, drink 1/2 hour before eating and then again an hour after eating as well. I have personally followed this for 10 years now and when followed properly, I feel more energetic especially after lunch when everyone else is tired and bloated from eating improper combinations of food. Give it a try for at least 30 days and see for yourself.
